Alissa Circle is the author of well known Orange County creative lifestyle blog, Diary of an Addict. With both a degree and Master’s in Education, Alissa began her career as an educator before becoming a mother and starting her blog in 2007. By 2010 she was working with blogging agencies as both a blogger and Campaign Leader. Through working with brands such as Walmart, Levi’s, Smart & Final, KMart, TCBY and World Market, she sought to pursue her passion to help companies grow their brand by teaming them up with other bloggers who love to spread the word about fantastic companies and products just as she does. Alissa was recently voted as one of the Top 25 Mompreneurs 2012 by Circle of Moms. She also travels and speaks at conferences around the nation.
Kyle, known in the industry as a serial entrepreneur got his start with his first produce stand at age 11. He spent a decade in the music industry consulting, developing, branding national touring artists on Sony BMG, Warner Bros, EMI, and Universal. In 2005 Kyle entered the financial world, becoming a JP Morgan/Chase ISO. As The Credit Card Machine Man, Kyle provides wireless credit card machines and merchant services to over 1,000 businesses nationwide, ranging from bands to online retailers and traditional brick-and-mortar shops. In 2010 he co-founded & co-invented MobilePayUSA, a mobile payment and marketing app which was sold to PayMe Inc. March 2013.
Jennifer Curtis is the author of Frenso DIY and Foodie blog, Always in Wonder. A graduate of California State University of Fresno with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and Photo Journalism, Jennifer is the perfect addition to the Pollinate community. She brings a great deal of experience in the areas of social media and community growth and development; making her an asset to any growing business. Jennifer has been blogging since 2008 after becoming a wife and then a mom and her passion for blogging grew into a desire to share amazing brands with her readers. Jennifer loves all types of creative outlets, including painting, cooking, photography, and more. As part of Pollinate Media, Jennifer’s role is to continue to grow and train our community and manage brand campaigns
As a former Dancer and Community Ambassador with the Los Angeles Clippers & San Diego Chargers, Summer has over 10 years of experience working with businesses on trade shows, commercials and promotional events to help communicate their brand message to the community. Now as a mother of 2 and a wife she enjoys a little “Me” time while blogging and designing poducts for her handmade shop. Summer has a hard time keeping excitement to herself which makes her a perfect fit for our Community Manager where she will be working to expand our already extensive list of agency bloggers. Pulling double duty as a Campaign Manager suits her, as she enjoys multitasking while endulging in some late night reality tv watching with her favorite men “Ben & Jerry”.
Mandy Christiansen knew that she wanted to work in Fashion at the age of 9. Through out her teen years she devoured magazines and sewed her own clothing before finding a way to make her passion a reality. She attained a BA in Fashion Merchandising from Cal State University, Long Beach and spent the next eight years in various management roles, including Department Manager, National Allocator and Regional Merchandise Manager, with Nordstrom. Her love of blogging and Fashion led to her starting the personal style blog, “in the Fashion Lane”. Mandy’s history of building solid sales teams, creating and sustaining strong relationships and her ability to utilize her creativity makes her an asset to the team.
After more than thirteen years in veterinary medicine, working both as a veterinary technician in a rural private practice and as a customer service coordinator for one of the largest veterinary care providers in the country, Amanda decided to combine her desire for connecting like-minded women with her passion for crafting stories and launched a Christian lifestyle blog, A Royal Daughter. Amanda’s commitment to authentic and creative story telling, as well as her zest for building a strong and loyal community, make her a great fit as a member of the Pollinate team. She and her husband live on a small farm in Texas where they enjoy pursuing a semi-sustainable lifestyle by ranching and gardening.
Ashlee graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Communications. She began her career in the healthcare industry; working for a third party administrator followed by a prestigious university hospital in their human resources department. After becoming a mother, she started her family and lifestyle blog, Growing Up A Thomas in 2010. Ashlee’s studies in communication along with her passion for all things “social” make her the perfect fit for her role as social media coordinator. Ashlee thrives on meeting new people and strives to create a sense of community both in her blog and her role here at Pollinate Media.
Jenelle earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. Her background includes some serious experience in marketing and event planning, and since become a military spouse, she has done a lot of work with military families. Jenelle started her own blog, Rellas Bellas, in 2009 as a way to keep her family updated on her adventures after getting married. Since, Sincerely Jen has morphed into a chic and playful take on “finding beauty in the everyday ordinary.” She is a former West Coast gal gone East, but will always consider San Diego her home. Jen’s love, (her husband might call it an addiction), for all things Social makes her a great addition to the Pollinate team.

From his three best selling authors to one of the nation’s first mobile payment’s companies, Ryan’s work focuses on helping businesses leverage technology and science to foster deeper connections and loyalty among their customers. Ryan currently advises two of the nation’s top digital marketing and strategy publications, Socialnomics and The Daily Crowdsource.
Mike Fransz is the Chief Brand Warrior and owner of Chair 1 Marketing Collective, a boutique-marketing firm that specializes in providing strategic marketing direction and business development to small and mid-sized companies. A true innovator by nature, Fransz loves building marketing strategies that help smaller brands penetrate and thrive in a competitive marketplace. Prior to Chair 1, Fransz spent over 13-years in the food & beverage industry introducing brands like Red Bull, Crunk!!!, and recent upstart Neuro Drinks to the marketplace. Fransz’s passion for marketing extends far beyond the traditional scope as he has sold into some of the biggest retailers in today’s marketplace like: 7-11, SuperValu, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Delhaize and WaWa to name a few.
Kevin Featherstone is a business development, e-commerce development and internet marketing champion (PPC, SEO, SMM, YouTube, Local Directory Listings). He is a lateral thinker who is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible. For nearly the past decade Kevin has been taking existing businesses and reducing their expenses, improving cashflow and catapulting take home profits. Kevin spent time working for Google and advised over 1,000 businesses in internet marketing strategies and has planned, built and rolled out over 500 marketing campaigns. Kevin is currently the Director of Business Development at Localtized.com and advises multi-million dollar businesses.
